The docy's explanation would actually be fine,knowing that the game has the functioning problem where you have to wait 'till next turn in order two recognise it as a group.My explanation was merely a much longer variation(docy placed his marble at the end of the two groups,not at the in the middle as explained in my theory).

It is possible to get a six in a row,but the game does not recognise a 6 in a row so they count it as a five.So to have a 6 is pointless,and it comes merely by a small chance.The reason why it is possible to get a 6 goes like this:Do you realise that sometimes you leave two of the same colour together on the field,and the game happens to lay another marble of the same colour?It doesn't immediately disappear(for some reason)so you have to wait a turn for it to disappear(even examine the game closely for when it does that!).
Now imagine there were another two of YET the same colour,next to each other AND aligned with the other three.So during the turn the marble that was laid down by the game,well...er,say,WAS laid down.To get that six,you would simply have to place another marble of the same colour between the two groups.
This was just a theory,not actually tried out,only suggested through the facts I knew.

heres how it happens:
you have the normal 00 00 (0=ball) set up then one lands it the midle so it look's like this 00000 and you move one on to the end
